Wedding Weekend Schedules
To make your life easier as a member of our wedding party, Karie and I have put together schedules for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen, letting you know where and when you're requested on both Friday and Saturday.

If you remember one thing this weekend, it's to please show up dressed to go at 1:30pm for the guys (to Alex's room), and 1:00pm for the girls (to Karie's room) on Saturday.
Questions and Answers
What's the dress for the wedding rehearsal dinner?
Evening casual. Going out clothes. Jeans are fine, just dress them up a bit. If your mom will let you out of the house in them, then they'll most likely be fine for the rehearsal dinner.
I'll be getting in town Thursday night. Anything going on?
Karie and Alex will be staying downtown with you all Thursday night at the Wilshire Grand. Although nothing is formally scheduled, we'll most definitely have an outing planned for those that are interested in joining us. Call or text message us when you arrive and we'll keep you in the loop.
Can my guest attend the wedding rehearsal at the Oviatt Penthouse?
Yes, your guest is welcome to attend the wedding rehearsal if they wish. We'll be meeting in the Wilshire Grand lobby at 9:30 to head over.
Can my guest attend the rehearsal dinner?
Of course! We've planned accordingly.
How far away is the Oviatt Penthouse (wedding ceremony) can I walk?
The Penthouse is about 4.5 blocks away from the Wilshire Grand Hotel. It's an easy 5 minute walk, here's a map showing the route.
My dogs are barking with all this walking. Is there a shuttle?
Yes. We have a chauffered 15-passenger van available that will shuttle our guests on wedding day. it will run from 2:30-3:20 with stops approximately every 10 minutes before the wedding ceremony, and in the evening at 10pm, and every 10 minutes beginning at 11pm. You may catch the shuttle at the turnaround in the main entrance of the Wilshire Grand Hotel, and at the Lobby directly in front of the Oviatt Penthouse. Look for the van with the A+K logo on it.
Will lunch be provided on Saturday while we're getting ready for the ceremony?
Yep. And don't miss it, because it's from Porto's.
Where's the closest place to get smokes, coffee, a quick bite, ATM?
The quick answer to most of these questions is likely at 7+Fig center, which is directly across the front entrance from Wilshire Grand. (7th & Figueroa.)
